Complete Line Solution
Chemical Filling Line
Chemical filling requires careful material selection, corrosion assessment and controlled product handling.
What the Chemical Filling Line Does
The line fills chemical liquids into bottles or jerry cans, closes containers and prepares them for identification and shipment.
Capacity Planning
Real production capacity depends on the complete line, not only the filling machine. Bottle feeding, filling, capping, labeling, shrink packaging and operator handling must be balanced so the slowest station does not limit the full line.
Materials and Hygiene Notes
316 stainless steel or special product-contact materials may be required depending on chemical composition.
Recommended Line Configuration
Recommended line is selected after reviewing product MSDS, viscosity, container, cap and factory requirements.
Main Features
316 stainless steel options
Servo piston or lobe pump filling
Heavy-duty conveyors
Controlled capping
Available Options
Special seals
Chemical-resistant materials
Ventilation/layout planning
Date printing
Filling Technology Notes
Servo piston filling is accurate and versatile for many liquid products from approximately 0.2L to 5L.
Lobe pump filling is preferred for thicker products and larger containers from approximately 5L to 20L.
Gravity or overflow filling can be used for thin, free-flowing liquids where exact volumetric accuracy is less critical.
Why Choose Origin Makina
Engineering starts from the product, bottle, cap, label and target capacity.
Machines can be supplied as single units or integrated into complete filling and packaging lines.
304 or 316 stainless steel options are selected according to hygiene, corrosion and product-contact needs.
The line proposal considers factory layout, automation level, cleaning needs and budget.
FAQ
Do you need product details before quoting chemicals?
Yes. Chemical composition, pH, viscosity and safety information are important before selecting materials.
Request a Technical Proposal
Send your product, bottle and capacity details.
For a serious proposal, share product type, bottle size range, required capacity, cap type, label type, country, automation level and whether you need a single machine or a complete line.
