Complete Line Solution
Cosmetic Filling Line
Cosmetic filling lines require clean product-contact surfaces, controlled filling and careful handling of bottle appearance.
What the Cosmetic Filling Line Does
The line fills cosmetic products, closes bottles with screw, pump or press caps, labels containers and prepares them for packing.
Capacity Planning
Real production capacity depends on the complete line, not only the filling machine. Bottle feeding, filling, capping, labeling, shrink packaging and operator handling must be balanced so the slowest station does not limit the full line.
Materials and Hygiene Notes
316 stainless steel can be selected for sensitive cosmetic products or stronger cleaning chemicals.
Recommended Line Configuration
Recommended line: servo piston filler, capper matched to closure type, labeling machine and date printer.
Main Features

Filling Technology Notes
Servo piston filling is accurate and versatile for many liquid products from approximately 0.2L to 5L.
Lobe pump filling is preferred for thicker products and larger containers from approximately 5L to 20L.
Gravity or overflow filling can be used for thin, free-flowing liquids where exact volumetric accuracy is less critical.
Why Choose Origin Makina
Engineering starts from the product, bottle, cap, label and target capacity.
Machines can be supplied as single units or integrated into complete filling and packaging lines.
304 or 316 stainless steel options are selected according to hygiene, corrosion and product-contact needs.
The line proposal considers factory layout, automation level, cleaning needs and budget.
FAQ
Can you fill pump bottles?
Yes, cap and closure handling must be reviewed according to the bottle and pump design.
Request a Technical Proposal
Send your product, bottle and capacity details.
For a serious proposal, share product type, bottle size range, required capacity, cap type, label type, country, automation level and whether you need a single machine or a complete line.
