Complete Line Solution
Detergent Filling Line
Detergent filling lines must handle viscosity, foaming behavior and bottle stability carefully.
What the Detergent Filling Line Does
The line fills detergent bottles, applies caps, labels products and prepares them for packing.
Capacity Planning
Real production capacity depends on the complete line, not only the filling machine. Bottle feeding, filling, capping, labeling, shrink packaging and operator handling must be balanced so the slowest station does not limit the full line.
Materials and Hygiene Notes
Material selection depends on detergent chemistry and cleaning requirements.
Recommended Line Configuration
Recommended line: servo piston or lobe pump filler, automatic capper, labeling machine and conveyors.
Main Features
Servo piston or lobe pump filling
Foam-control nozzle options
Automatic capping
Self-adhesive labeling
Available Options
316 stainless steel contact parts
Cap feeder
Date printer
Shrink packaging
Filling Technology Notes
Servo piston filling is accurate and versatile for many liquid products from approximately 0.2L to 5L.
Lobe pump filling is preferred for thicker products and larger containers from approximately 5L to 20L.
Gravity or overflow filling can be used for thin, free-flowing liquids where exact volumetric accuracy is less critical.
Why Choose Origin Makina
Engineering starts from the product, bottle, cap, label and target capacity.
Machines can be supplied as single units or integrated into complete filling and packaging lines.
304 or 316 stainless steel options are selected according to hygiene, corrosion and product-contact needs.
The line proposal considers factory layout, automation level, cleaning needs and budget.
FAQ
Can detergent foam during filling?
Yes. Nozzle design and filling speed must be selected to reduce foam and spills.
Request a Technical Proposal
Send your product, bottle and capacity details.
For a serious proposal, share product type, bottle size range, required capacity, cap type, label type, country, automation level and whether you need a single machine or a complete line.
