Complete Line Solution
Edible Oil Filling Line
Edible oil filling requires accurate volume control, clean nozzle design and reliable capping to prevent leakage.
What the Edible Oil Filling Line Does
The line fills oil into PET bottles or jerry cans, caps containers, labels them and applies date or batch codes.
Capacity Planning
Real production capacity depends on the complete line, not only the filling machine. Bottle feeding, filling, capping, labeling, shrink packaging and operator handling must be balanced so the slowest station does not limit the full line.
Materials and Hygiene Notes
304 stainless steel is commonly used for edible oil. 316 stainless steel can be selected for special requirements.
Recommended Line Configuration
Recommended line: servo piston filler, capping machine, labeling machine, date printing system and conveyors.
Main Features
Servo piston filling for 0.2L–5L
Lobe pump option for larger containers
No-drip filling nozzles
Cap torque control
Available Options
Induction sealing
Date printer
Front/back labeling
Shrink packaging
Filling Technology Notes
Servo piston filling is accurate and versatile for many liquid products from approximately 0.2L to 5L.
Lobe pump filling is preferred for thicker products and larger containers from approximately 5L to 20L.
Gravity or overflow filling can be used for thin, free-flowing liquids where exact volumetric accuracy is less critical.
Why Choose Origin Makina
Engineering starts from the product, bottle, cap, label and target capacity.
Machines can be supplied as single units or integrated into complete filling and packaging lines.
304 or 316 stainless steel options are selected according to hygiene, corrosion and product-contact needs.
The line proposal considers factory layout, automation level, cleaning needs and budget.
FAQ
Why is filling accuracy important for oil?
Small overfills can create significant product giveaway over long production runs.
Request a Technical Proposal
Send your product, bottle and capacity details.
For a serious proposal, share product type, bottle size range, required capacity, cap type, label type, country, automation level and whether you need a single machine or a complete line.
