Sauce Filling Line

Sauce filling lines must handle viscosity, particles, cleaning and food-contact requirements.

What the Sauce Filling Line Does

The line fills sauces into bottles or jars, closes containers, labels them and prepares them for packing.

Capacity Planning

Real production capacity depends on the complete line, not only the filling machine. Bottle feeding, filling, capping, labeling, shrink packaging and operator handling must be balanced so the slowest station does not limit the full line.

Materials and Hygiene Notes

Food-contact surfaces are selected for hygiene and cleanability.

Recommended Line Configuration

Recommended line includes filler, capper, labeler, date printer and conveyors selected around the container.

Filling Technology Notes

Servo piston filling is accurate and versatile for many liquid products from approximately 0.2L to 5L.

Lobe pump filling is preferred for thicker products and larger containers from approximately 5L to 20L.

Gravity or overflow filling can be used for thin, free-flowing liquids where exact volumetric accuracy is less critical.

Why Choose Origin Makina

Engineering starts from the product, bottle, cap, label and target capacity.

Machines can be supplied as single units or integrated into complete filling and packaging lines.

304 or 316 stainless steel options are selected according to hygiene, corrosion and product-contact needs.

The line proposal considers factory layout, automation level, cleaning needs and budget.

FAQ

Can sauces with particles be filled?

Some products with particles can be handled, but product details must be reviewed before selecting valves and nozzles.

Send your product, bottle and capacity details.

For a serious proposal, share product type, bottle size range, required capacity, cap type, label type, country, automation level and whether you need a single machine or a complete line.
