Water Filling Line

A water filling line must balance filling speed, capping, labeling and shrink packaging to achieve stable real production capacity.

What the Water Filling Line Does

The line fills PET water bottles, caps them, labels them and prepares them for distribution.

Capacity Planning

Real production capacity depends on the complete line, not only the filling machine. Bottle feeding, filling, capping, labeling, shrink packaging and operator handling must be balanced so the slowest station does not limit the full line.

Materials and Hygiene Notes

304 stainless steel is normally suitable for water filling applications.

Recommended Line Configuration

Filling Technology Notes

Servo piston filling is accurate and versatile for many liquid products from approximately 0.2L to 5L.

Lobe pump filling is preferred for thicker products and larger containers from approximately 5L to 20L.

Gravity or overflow filling can be used for thin, free-flowing liquids where exact volumetric accuracy is less critical.

Why Choose Origin Makina

Engineering starts from the product, bottle, cap, label and target capacity.

Machines can be supplied as single units or integrated into complete filling and packaging lines.

304 or 316 stainless steel options are selected according to hygiene, corrosion and product-contact needs.

The line proposal considers factory layout, automation level, cleaning needs and budget.

FAQ

What limits water line capacity?

The slowest station, often cap feeding, labeling, shrink packaging or operator handling, defines real capacity.
